Care services We deliver safe and effective care services to patients, enhancing their healthcare experiences and improving clinical outcomes.
Our care services family provide excellent, high quality and innovative screening services to the NHS, providing a joined-up service to all our patients, regardless of their age, ethnicity or geography.
These are just some of the roles that help drive our business forward.
Our screeners provide a safe and secure diabetic retinopathy screening service to the entire diabetic population in our programme areas, in accordance with national and company policies and procedures, with the ultimate aim of reducing new blindness due to diabetic retinopathy.
Our failsafe co-ordinators look after the whole screening pathway, ensuring failsafe activities are quality assured and performance managed according to local and national policies and standards. Our failsafe co-ordinator is responsible for producing audits, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing changes assuring all patients are accounted for.
Our optometrists are responsible for delivering the highest quality, patient focused care by undertaking slit lamp examinations and senior grading. You’ll be key in assisting both our clinical leads and programme managers to ensure that the service we deliver meets the national standards.
