Our commercial family makes sure we’re profitable and growing, by building and nurturing strong relationships with our customers. Their work covers a wide range of areas, from identifying new customers and potential sales, to working with existing customers to making sure we’re supporting them in every way we can. All with the aim of improving patient experiences.

Roles

These are just some of the roles that help drive our business forward.

Commercial exec

Our commercial executives for partnerships & alliances are responsible for identifying, creating and managing commercial relationships with third party organisations. You’ll also responsible for building strong relationships with internal service providers within EMIS Health to support such third party relationships.

Account manager

Our account managers are field-based, responsible for implementing EMIS Health clinical management systems within our customers’ healthcare environments, whilst delivering high-quality training on our EMIS Health products. You’ll be responsible for the provision of customer relationship management to a territory of customers.

Marketing business partner

As our marketing business partner, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, executing and evaluating the success of our marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the business, advising on marketing strategies that help to achieve our corporate growth objectives, enhance our reputation and maximise customer satisfaction.
