Screening

For some of our positions we might ask for you to do a quick video interview. We’ll send you a link to complete the video, where we’ll ask you to answer a couple of questions relating to the role. For other positions, there’s a telephone interview where you’ll have a chat with our hiring manager about yourself and the role.

Interview

All our interviews have a face-to-face stage - we may ask you to do two or we may only ask for you to do one. The interviews can vary in format, dependent on the role. We might ask you to give a short presentation or complete a quick test (technical or accuracy) or a competency based set of questions. As well as helping us get to know you, we want you to get to know us too. During your interview, feel free to ask us any questions you might have.
