We want to give you the opportunity to show yourself at your absolute best through the application and interview process. We know that interviews can be daunting, which is why we’re committed to making sure you have an enjoyable experience when you apply to join us.
Here’s how to apply for a job, how to prepare for your interview, and what you can expect from us. We’re looking forward to meeting you.
Our recruitment process
If you see a job that feels like the perfect fit for you, you’re going to want to apply, so here is a brief overview of our recruitment process.
Make sure you tell us all about what you’ve done that’s relevant to the role you’re applying for. Once you’ve applied, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your application. One of our talent team will then get in touch after the application closing date to have a chat with you and let you know the next steps.
For some of our positions we might ask for you to do a quick video interview. We’ll send you a link to complete the video, where we’ll ask you to answer a couple of questions relating to the role. For other positions, there’s a telephone interview where you’ll have a chat with our hiring manager about yourself and the role.
All our interviews have a face-to-face stage - we may ask you to do two or we may only ask for you to do one. The interviews can vary in format, dependent on the role. We might ask you to give a short presentation or complete a quick test (technical or accuracy) or a competency based set of questions. As well as helping us get to know you, we want you to get to know us too. During your interview, feel free to ask us any questions you might have.
You got the job!
Congratulations - we’ll send your contract out to you as quickly as we can.
Unsuccessful this time?
We’ll let you know as soon as we can if you don’t get the job, along with feedback too.
